Abstract

Hypogonadism in men is traditionally managed with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to restore libido, energy, and muscle mass. However, TRT alone may not fully address alterations in body composition, particularly the decline in lean body mass and increase in visceral adiposity that accompany aging and cjc 1295 + ipamorelin side effects chronic disease.
